East Lake Village in Port St. Lucie is a quaint neighborhood of two story townhomes and single family homes. 519 properties were constructed between 2006 and 2009. Kennedy Homes built 326 townhomes and EH Building Group constructed 193 single family homes.
Native oak and maple trees shade the sidewalk-lined streets and you’ll often see residents out for a stroll on the abundant nature paths. East Lake Village has a community pool, park, and playground. (No clubhouse).
The home owner’s dues cover lawn care and basic cable. In 2015 residents’ monthly dues are $195 for a 2-story townhome, $212 for a 3-story TH, and $170 for single family properties. Residents can have up to two pets with no weight restrictions. Home owners dues does not cover insurance on the buildings.
There are two models that offer a master bedroom downstairs: The Jasper single family home and the three story townhome (however, the living room and kitchen is on the 2nd floor in the 3-story townhome).
Townhomes are mostly maintenance-free as the association will handle exterior paint and replace the roof when at the end of it’s life span. Single family home owners are responsible for painting exteriors and roof replacement.
