Located in the heart of Stuart, Kingswood is a 55+ community consisting of of 444 condominiums that were built from 1970 till 1995. There are various floor plans and sizes ranging from 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condos with 1,236 sq. ft. of the living area down to 1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom condos with 691 sq. ft. of living area.
Most of Kingswood’s buildings are two stories with condos on each floor. There are three newer 4 story buildings that have elevators and offer units with views of the Saint Lucie River. The Kingswood condo community is separated into three phases. Each one has a separate property management company and HOA fee structure. Phase 1 and 3 each have one pool, clubhouse and shuffleboard courts along with public barbecue grills. Phase 2 has the same amenities but with two pools and clubhouses.
As of June 2018, the HOA fees vary from $250.00 up to $400.00 per month depending on the size and location of the condo. The fees cover the recreation area, building insurance, water, sewer, trash and pest control as well as basic cable TV.
