Miles Grant is a private country club located in Stuart, Florida, at East Cove Road on the shores of the Intracoastal Waterway and near the Saint Lucie Inlet.
The club offers an 18-hole par-64 course, Har-Tru clay tennis courts, pool, shuffleboard, bocce and croquet, to name a few outdoor activities. Both formal and casual dining are offered at the Clubhouse.
Miles grant offers Summer Golf, Tennis and Social Memberships as well as Annual Golf, Tennis and Social Memberships.
One of the main sports and activities at Miles Grant Country Club is golfing. The challenging and perfectly manicured course has been known since 1972 as one of the finest in the area. The 18-hole, par-64 course sports two legitimate par-fives, five par-fours, 10 par-threes, and one hole that can play as a par-four or five. The course has only “two” lakes – actually one that wraps around the 18th hole and also borders the 17th hole. All skill levels from the senior to the junior golfer, find the course to be a challenge. The facility will give you an enjoyable round in under four hours; you can ride or walk the course. There’s always a breeze!
The communities of Miles Grant are comprised of five distinct real estate sections and the homes in Country Club Cove. Each section operates independently with its own Board of Directors and management style, and thus has individual maintenance fees. Although the single family units within the community have no age restriction, Miles Grant operates mostly as a community of persons who have retired or are reaching retirement age. Residents of the condominiums are required to be 55 years of age or older. Ownership in all sections, with the exception of Fairway Villas, and the residents of Country Club Cove requires social membership in the Miles Grant Country Club.
