Rustic Hills offers a combination of urban and rural luxuries not found elsewhere on the Treasure Coast. Developed in the early 1970’s, Rustic Hills features a wooden covered bridge entrance and is comprised of 178 residential sites. All but 14 of these sites are waterfront and lead to the St. Lucie River and the Atlantic Ocean. 10 of the 14 dry sites have deeded waterfront access. Most of the original homes have undergone either complete renovation, or have been replaced with newer homes. Private, paved roads insure privacy and a wooded setting gives the area its rustic charm.
Rustic Hills Home Owners Association is responsible for administration and management. Property Owners are automatically members of the Association. There are no dues, but members pay a yearly fee to cover the costs of maintenance of the canals and roads. Owners are responsible for maintenance of their own property, including landscaping, and for complying with published Deed Restrictions.
The Rustic Hills area provides all crucial urban conveniences. The area has its charming historic districts, excellent restaurants, extensive shopping, stimulating cultural offerings, outstanding medical facilities and superb educational institutions.
