Grandview Heights is a historic district known for its early 1900s Craftsman bungalows and Mediterranean revival homes. Grandview Heights is one of 13 historic districts located in the City of West Palm Beach and is bounded by Park Place, Alabama Avenue, M Street, and Lake Avenue. The neighborhood has one of the city's best collection of early craftsman-style bungalows, as well as some modest, Mediterranean restored homes, contemporary estates and luxury townhomes ranging from 1,000 square feet to 3,100 square feet. City Place South Tower offers luxury condo living at the neighborhood's north end.

Living in Grandview Heights offers residents an urban feel and most residents own their homes. Residents with certain two story homes can see the beautiful Atlantic Ocean over the island of Palm Beach from their second floor windows. In Grandview Heights there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Grandview Heights neighborhood has been restored to a mixed-use, walkable neighborhood with a mix of mostly single family homes, modern townhomes, and apartments. Also located in the neighborhood are two historic churches, several bed and breakfasts, and small local businesses.

Located in the heart of West Palm Beach, Florida, right off Downtown, the Grandview Heights neighborhood is adjacent to many downtown landmarks, including Howard Park that has playing fields, tennis courts, and a dog park, plus walking trails, the Norton Museum of Art, City Place and the Palm Beach County Convention Center. It also has the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, a sprawling entertainment complex, with numerous stages hosting concerts, dance, and Broadway musicals. 

By taking Interstate 95, residents can reach Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale and other hotspots along the South Florida coast, HCA Florida JFK North Hospital in 6.5 minutes. They can avoid the interstate completely to reach Palm Beach International Airport, about 3 miles west of Grandview Heights.
