Harbor Hills is a Deed Restricted community located in Largo, south of Harbor Bluffs and across the channel from Indian Rocks Beach and the Gulf in the unincorporated area of Pinellas County. There are 404 homes in the community, some of which are located directly on waterfront fingers fronting the Intercoastal Waterway. The three street entrances are High Bluff Drive, Shady Bluff Drive and Avocado Drive situated off Indian Rocks Road. The Harbor Hills subdivision is home to about 500 ranch-style homes ranging in size from 2-4 bedrooms with1,500 square feet to over 3,000 square feet of living area.
Close to beaches, shopping, parks, and schools, this neighborhood is on the west side of Largo, just south of the Belleair Beach Causeway. The Harbor Hills community is just across the channel from Indian Rocks Beach. It is about 20 miles from downtown St Pete and 25 miles from Tampa International Airport. Sand Key Park is 5 miles away while Clearwater Beach and Pier 60 is only 7 miles north. The Largo Cultural Center is 3 miles east.
