A planned community, Spring Valley in Altamonte Springs, Florida, is situated 10 miles north of the heart of downtown Orlando. A couple of miles northeast is the much larger Altamonte Springs Mall, a two-story mall with a little over 1 million square feet of shopping plus an IMAX AMC theater and restaurants. For your health care needs, AdventHealth Altamonte Springs is less than 5 miles away and is part of a group of award-winning hospitals and medical centers in central Florida. New Smyrna Beach is the closest beach.
